Regenerate offers a safe therapeutic space for individuals, children and teens and groups. Therapy is available both online and in person. Following contact via the form, email or social media we will meet for 20 minutes to get to know each other, free of charge. If you decide to move forward with the sessions we will schedule an initial session and start our therapeutic journey together.

Following contact via the form, email or social media a consultation will be schedule, a discussion surrounding a needs assessment will map out the needs of each employee and of the agency, a training plan will be later discussed based on the outcome.
